One look, everywhere: New tools for brand consistency

Consistency is one of the most important levers to build confidence. So this month, we’ve released better tools to keep your brand looking sharp. 

Our live preview editor means no more guesswork when customizing widgets. 

Want to tweak your “write a review” form or change your star badge styling? Now you can see changes live as you go.

We also centralized email styling (available on the Awesome plan), so you can set fonts, colors, layout, and tone across all Judge.me emails in one place. 

Every reminder, every thank-you, every coupon, now fully aligned with your brand’s aesthetic.

Review collection made even easier

We took some time to reconsider what it feels like to leave a review, because small improvements can make a big difference.

Our newly designed review collection flow (Awesome plan) guides customers step by step, making it simpler and more personal. 

They can upload photos or videos, choose how their name appears, or just leave a quick star rating with no text at all.

For even more flexibility, you can now also collect reviews anywhere, with QR codes and shareable links. 

QR codes now support both product-specific and store-level feedback (and yes, they’re free). Or drop a link in a chat or SMS to meet customers wherever they are.

Less friction. More verified reviews. That’s the goal! 

Personalized reviews for better conversion rates

Now you can set your carousels to automatically display reviews from the current collection, so customers browsing dresses don’t see reviews for shoes. It’s one small toggle that builds a lot of trust.

And for your international audience, review translations can now be set to automatic (Awesome plan). 

In short, shoppers will see your reviews in their preferred language without needing to click a thing, creating a more inclusive experience no matter where they might be based.

More integrations, more possibilities

We firmly believe that reviews work even harder when they act as the machine behind the rest of your store. Integrations with other apps make this 10x more powerful.

Want to turn reviews into conversions? Tools like EasyDisplay, CSell, and Moast help you showcase customer feedback in product recommendations, carousels, and even embedded videos with CTAs, right where shoppers are deciding.
