Have been using Judge.Me since 2016 when the founder was still replying to customer service emails himself. Rarely need to contact them. I did today regarding DKIM verification at 6pm EST on a Sunday evening. They fixed my problem within about 15 minutes.The only minor complaint is the UI/UX can sometimes be a little bit confusing. It's not always 100% intuitive where to find things. That said, the amazing customer service more than compensates for that. They'll always direct you to the right place. A pretty powerful reviews platform for a fraction of the price of some of the bigger brand name review sites out there that do....basically the same thing.
